Control Screen from resizing#

• add button 'RESIZE_LIMIT' at bottom
• set autosize height and width to ON
• position the top lhs of the control to the position you want to have as the min window size
• make the control invisible

when you run the form it won't allow the control to resize below zero and hence stops at that point
