A shift commencing on a Public Holiday and then flowing into the next day which is not a public holiday, is paying the whole shift at PHOL rates.
We require that the PHOL rate only be paid on the part of the shift which is actually the Public Holiday day.
The setting for the system behaviour is found on the company control record, as per the image below.
Set the checkbox as indicated and verify your Public Holiday shift costing for any shifts which enter or leave
