Introduction
This document outlines the 1st pass configuration of the Pharmacy Award.
Age based pay class mapping
The employment type configuration follows:
Define the Age Rates to automatically calculate pay class levels based on the employee's age.
This award is very time specific, and as such has to configure the various time bands to express the correct level of pay for the hour of the day worked.
The pay class (classification) finally combines the award interpreter to the actual pay rate, as shown below:
On the penalties tab, configure the individual pay rate levels using the Link Codes
Finally, define the Award link codes themselves:
