RAWS

Introduction

Responding to a recent issue with RAWS questioning the inclusion or otherwise of shifts marked as "Queue" on the scheduling workbench, we have written two programs to assist in the reading of the schedules and RAWS queues.

Getting There:

[ Nav ] –> RAWS / ( Options )

Introduction

The RAWS queue(s) are intended to display all scheduled shifts which have the "Queue" flag set, and this is the principal selection by which shifts turn up on the RAWS Monitor.

RAWS Reports

The two reports are similar in process, however RAWS Confirm Rosters on Monitor Q (update & report), will actually select shifts that have the Queue flag set and if not already on the Monitor Q, will place the schift onto the queue.

The option RAWS Report Rosters on Monitor Q (today/tomorrow), list the raw data on the RAWS Q, showing whether the shifts with the Queue flag set, are on the Monitor Q, and additionally whether they have had a confirmation. Unlike the first option, this is purely a report.
