Introduction
This document introduces us to the manning requirements as set down by SACL. From these requirements we've gone ahead and configured PowerForce to reflect these requirements.

Introduction
The following data is representative of the manning coverage required at each of the 3 terminals.
Taking just the outlined two shifts, we can see that we require a "Team Leader" role for the shift times as defined. Please note the role types as they will be an important component of the setup.
This outline if for the static shifts (regular), which we can configure for an ongoing basis, whereas ad-hoc shifts are configured on an as needed basis and hence cannot be pre-planned.
