Introduction to RAWS
The RAWS queues are set up so that you may divide the responsibility of management across operators and processes.

The definition of a Queue starts with entering a Queue Name, preferably a name which reflects the area of responsibility.
Company Entities refers to your PowerForce multi-company setup (if you have one).
