Introduction

We have used the timesheets covering 20/10/10 - 02/11/10, & 10/11/10 - 11/11/10.

Only 1 sub-contractor was entered, all others are not in the uploaded data.

This site has the same job code as Ellenbrook, so the question is are these two sites the same. Otherwise how do we define the upper most level Project when we've been told that Project & Job Code are synonymous?

Some of the timesheet data is quite difficult to understand (hand-writing), and hence pieces of information may not have been completely entered.

Employee D. Tehuia is not in the uploaded data.

A number of the sub-contractors are no in the uploaded data

In entering the employee data, we've also entered the equipment that an employee worked with as per the timesheet. There is a seperate section relating to the equipment. However, as an example Employee W. Dunn worked on Plant WL32 for a total of 8 hours, but the plant itself is noted as working for 7.x hours.

So, what does this mean - when the time of an employee + plant is different to the time of the plant itself. What logic do you wish applied to these entries. The equipment export has not yet been written so what logic do you want applied, as the timesheet need only have 1 reference to the plant (e.g. against the employee), and we can break the employee and plant link into employee payroll hours and the same hours for the equipment.

Summary

Overall, we have been able to upload approximately 160 timesheet items.

As a result of the bulk upload performed in these tests, we have found processing speed ups that we believe will enhance the user interface & have scheduled these for our own development to enhance the interface. (link to item)
