Setting up oecgi.exe on Windows#
Don't install version oecgi3.exe as it's old and i think 32 bit the oecgi4.exe program has superior fearures
and it has to be set in "[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\RevSoft\OECGI4]" (see xx for example)
My java (32 settings)
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_171\bin\java" -jar oesocketserver.jar -d 3
place this file inside of the OI directory from where you run it.
run this from the command line and then if you place a 'debug' statement inside your OI code, it will break on your desktop and you can walk the logic through the oeserver running in its DOS box will wait until the code returns
