To communicate to a single employee or to a number of employees at the same time, you may use the integrated SMS module.

Overview
When using the standalone SMS to send messages out, you can key in the text of the message into the position provided or you may use the pre-fabbed facility to standardise your messages:
 If you're creating a message from this screen, you may use the keywords noted directly in your message, and the system will replace the keyword with the actual value intended. Always select an employee to see what the message will actually look like, and always be aware of the lenght of the message.
