Using the scheduling workbench

      1. Click the “Printer” Icon in the icon bar on the top right hand corner of the billing workbench
      2. In the “select invoices to print or email window,” single click and highlight the invoice that you want to generate as a “pdf” for emailing.
      3. Client BY Client – for multiple clients, you may make multiple selections
      4. Click “ok”
      5. In the “print invoices” window, select “Preview”
      6. In the print preview screen, click the “briefcase” icon (third from the far left corner of the screen)
      7. In the “export reports” window, select “PDF”
      8. Next to the “file name” field select the “…” button
      9. In the save as window, click the “desktop” icon
      10. In the file name field, remove the “ * ” onlyand name the file according to the invoice number or the case of K-Mart, the four digit store number (located in the address field of the client invoice)
      11. Click “save”
      12. Click “ok”
      13. Click “ok” to the “print range” window (this will make a “pdf” file which will save to your desktop)
      14. Click “ok” to the dialog box
      15. Close the print preview window and repeat the process again for the next client.

    1. Deleting single/multiple invoices
      1. On the left hand side of the main navigator screen, double click “Service Billing”
      2. On the right hand side of the main navigator screen double click “Client Billing Workbench”
      3. Double click “Company Name” in left hand side of the billing workbench
      4. double click the appropriate generation
      5. Click on “Extended” Tab
      6. Choose affected “Client” invoice
      7. Press red “X” on the icon bar
      8. Select “Single” if you want to only delete the selected invoice or “all” for deletion of the entire run
      9. On single delete, the affected client will turn red and drop to bottom of list
      10. Follow shift edit instructions, make appropriate shift/s changes and return to “client billing workbench”
      11. To re-run the selected single client, click the “recycle” icon on the icon bar
      12. Click “single” or “all”.
